What is your truth, while discovering your boundries in life. we lern how to guide our voice, our actions, and our intentions to match the frequency we would like. Our bodies have an unbelievable power to heal. We discover the beginning vibrations of our emotions. We will start to identify our own patterns. Developing our intuition. We take turns with our higherself, taking the lead in this dance of life. Can you think of a better partner than yourself? This class can be either in person or distance.
